I went to ㅈㅇㅈ, ㅅㅅㄷㄹ, ㅂ, and ㅇㅇㅂ while looking around for consultations for my first surgery. At ㅈㅇㅈ / ㅇㅇㅂ, they said my nasal septum is bent too severely, so I would need costal cartilage, and they also said they would use crushed cartilage for the nasal bridge. The other places, ㅅㅅㄷㄹ and ㅂ, said that although my nasal septum is deviated, septal cartilage could still be used sufficiently, and they mentioned silicone for the nasal bridge. I was planning to get silicone, but after the consultations, I started wondering if I should use costal cartilage instead. The more places I visit, the more it feels like I’m falling into a maze. Is there anyone with a case similar to mine?? ㅠㅠ
