Revision rhinoplasty

One nostril is uneven because of the blood drainage tube. Once the blood drainage tube is removed, will my nostrils go back to matching like before? For now, there’s cotton and something else only in one nostril.

Is there anyone here who had nose removal surgery at ㅊㅁ?
