Right now, I only have silicone in the bridge of my nose, and if I do get surgery, I don’t want to go as far as using autologous rib cartilage, but that’s not something that can just go the way I want ㅠㅠ
I’ve never used ear cartilage, and I’ve never used the cartilage inside the nose(?) either.
(Cosmetically, I want a slightly more glamorous nose. For the nose I want, I’m not going to raise the bridge much, I want to lower the glabella compared to now, and make the tip pretty by enhancing the nasal tip and nasolabial angle. I really hate a completely pointy nose, and I want to change from a straight-half-buddy line to a straight-half-buddy beoseon line.)
For a revision surgery, would it be possible to do the nasal tip with only ear cartilage..? My nose is small, so I don’t even dream of raising the tip a lot, and I heard doctors often recommend autologous rib cartilage because they make money from it, but autologous rib cartilage also has the downside of warping. I really want this to be my last surgery, but paying so much money and having it warp again,, my head is complicated.
Are all the noses in the photos I posted completed with autologous rib cartilage? Please share your opinions!
