I only saw cases where square jaw Botox had dramatic effects, so I went in with high expectations. Before getting it, they took lots of photos and did examinations with equipment, so my expectations got way too high.. Now, a month later, there is no effect, and I have a clicking sound when I yawn, plus occasional pain under my jaw that I never had before.. As for becoming slimmer, I honestly cannot tell at all.
