My nasal bridge is relatively high, but my nose is blunt and I have a hump nose, so the hospital I booked with recommended osteotomy and silicone. At the first consultation hospital, it was an option, so I could choose it myself. Then would it have been better to go with the hospital that recommended it a little more strongly.. I ended up booking right away today.
