It was passable with a bra on, but as I got older it started to sag;;; then suddenly I started thinking, should I try surgery? and I think I spent very little time worrying about it. For a while, I read so many reviews by hospital to figure out which hospital would suit me best.
And then I had the surgery during the holiday break.
Today is D-4 The first day after surgery. I arrived at the hospital by 9:30, got ready, listened to the explanations, and I think I was completely overwhelmed. Even so, the counseling manager and the staff were kind, which I liked. The attending director just quietly explained everything. I was glad because they explained my questions well. After the surgery, once I fully came to in the recovery room and was preparing to be discharged, it still didn’t feel real then either. But it wasn’t so much pain as, well, something that hadn’t been there suddenly appeared lol. If I had to put it into words, it felt uncomfortable? That kind of feeling. I ate dinner well too. I slept well without any special pain.
On the second day, I had the painkiller drip removed, but I don’t think the feeling changed much. Probably because I just stayed in bed and rested without doing anything, I didn’t have any particular discomfort or pain.
On the third day, Maybe because I had the lower incision, lifting my arms didn’t seem that hard. Since I also had a lift, they put bandages on my chest so I can’t really touch it properly, but hehe~~ just looking down at my chest by myself and constantly smiling makes me think, is this why breast surgery is said to have the highest satisfaction after it’s done? Since it won’t hurt any more, this level of pain and discomfort feels tolerable, so I’m glad I got the surgery quickly.
Today, on the fourth day, there’s even less pain, and I can do normal daily activities.. For anyone who is still seriously debating it. There’s no point in overthinking it. I’d recommend you hurry up and get it done.
