I had nose surgery 3 years ago, and a year later there was something like acne on my nose. I didn’t think much of it and lived with it for a few months because it really seemed just like acne, it didn’t hurt, the shape didn’t change, and there was no swelling, pain, or heat sensation, so I honestly didn’t think much of it. Then someone told me to just go get it checked, so I went, and they told me to remove it, so I did. There’s still ear cartilage left at the nasal tip, and my nose shape is the same. Once I removed the silicone, the acne disappeared, and it’s been 2 years since removal. These days when I see a high nasal bridge and a slim nasal tip, I want to have revision nose surgery, but about how much would revision surgery be? My nose hasn’t deformed and is just the same, so honestly it doesn’t interfere with daily life and the shape isn’t bad, so I was just going to live with itㅜㅜ There’s no inflammation, and it’s been 2 years since I removed the silicone from the nasal bridge. This would count as revision surgery for an inflamed nose, right?? About how much would it cost? I really have no ideaㅜㅜ Some people say inflamed-nose cases start at 10 million won. If anyone knows a lot about plastic surgery, please tell meㅜㅜ Sorry .,,

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
