I had removal surgery 5 years ago, and while they tied the cartilage, my columella became crooked, but I was busy so I just lived with it.. Since this would be a fourth revision surgery, I'm looking for someone skilled, but because so much time has passed, almost all the hospital lists people recommend have changed.
Could anyone recommend rhinoplasty revision clinics that are good these days?

Complete removal after one month due to nasal inflammation
I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
