They say I need to use rib cartilage. Is there a material you would recommend more between autologous costal cartilage and donated rib cartilage..?! Autologous costal cartilage scares me too much, so I want to use donated rib cartilage, but I'm worried because they say the nasal tip can droop and the cartilage can be absorbedㅠㅠ Every hospital I visit for consultations also prefers different materials, so I'm really strugglingㅠㅠㅠ
