There are a lot of posts saying that if you get nose filler, your nose will spread, so you’d rather not get it and just get rhinoplasty instead, but I still recommend trying filler at least once before surgery. If you get a dissolvable filler, you can dissolve it easily later, and if you’re satisfied with the result, I don’t think there’s any need to do rhinoplasty. That said, one thing is certain: it will definitely spread compared to right after the first injection.
