I have rhinitis, so while I was looking into rhinitis surgery, I heard that if you get rhinitis surgery, they also do cosmetic surgery at the same time, so I looked for a hospital. In the end, I had functional + cosmetic surgery together at a hospital famous for functional surgery. I like the nasal bridge height and shape, but the problem was the alar reduction. They made an external incision and cut across both alae of the nose, then sutured it. At 2 weeks post-op, when I removed the Duoderm from the alar reduction area, the scar seemed way too big and it was so bumpy. I'm a man, I have sebum, and my skin doesn't heal that well. Is it usually like this at 2 weeks? If it's serious, I'm going to quickly look for a scar clinic..
