My eyes were uneven, so I had the existing double eyelid line on one side pinched a bit higher, and personally I’m satisfied. But the downside is that the eye on the pinched side looks a bit rounder, I guess? In photos it does look slightly that way, but if it really bothers me, I’m thinking I might get the other eye pinched later too.
