Breast Surgery Reviews@breast-review

1 year and 9 months after breast surgery

I had surgery in April 2021.

My specs are about 157 cm / 50 kg. Before surgery I was a 70AAA cup, and now that I’ve gained weight, I’m a 75B~C cup.

At the time, I really wanted breast surgery, but I was afraid it might go wrong and look unnatural, like an artificial person, so I studied a lot lol I even looked through papers thoroughly. Doctors’ different claims and beliefs, conflicts of interest with implant companies, etc.

The place I decided on was a hospital specializing in breast surgery, where one director always took care of and took responsibility for everything, from consultation to follow-up.

I am very satisfied in every aspect, including the feel and shape I wanted, the natural size, aftercare, scars, etc. Among the cosmetic surgeries I’ve had, it was the one I’m most glad I did, and it was the hospital that felt the most like a proper hospital.

I remember mine being Mentor Smooth, Moderate type, left 225, right 250.

I also had it done through the armpit incision, and had a little accessory breast tissue removed too.

Both sides were originally uneven. Of course, they still seem slightly uneven now, but it doesn’t bother me much.

First of all, as for the feel and shape, my boyfriend, whom I met about a year later, says my breasts are so pretty and firm-bouncy, and he really likes them. Even to me, they fit my body proportions perfectly, and even when I wear clothes, they don’t look overly voluptuous but have a pretty shape, so my satisfaction is the highest.

They absolutely don’t have that soft, chewy feel of natural breasts, but oh, they’re not bad.

Because of the feel, I was really insistent on Mentor Smooth Classic, and also not doing the high type but the moderate type, and it was worth it.

The only thing I’m worried about is that even though Dr. Lee Jae-su made the breast pocket very well, after some time passes... I do worry that the silicone might move inside,

but honestly, if I have to get revision surgery, I’ll go back to this place haha.

Even though it was a major surgery, the whole process from surgery to recovery was handled really stably and smoothly, so I compared it a lot with other hospitals.

There are many places that either don’t have an anesthesiologist, or even if they do, it’s only in name, but here they always perform surgery together with an anesthesiologist, you can view the CCTV, and they are always safety-conscious!

Maybe because of that, even though it was general anesthesia, it really didn’t put much strain on my body, and I recovered quickly.

However, there was one side effect. Nipple eczema!!

Around the nipple, along with yellow discharge, I developed severe nipple eczema with itching, pigmentation, cracking, etc., and I suffered for about 4 months.

It was to the point where wearing underwear was difficult, and when I wore clothes, the discharge would get on them and harden, so when I tried to take them off and peeled it away, it would bleed again ㅜ the yellow discharge would harden like little granules, it was really ㅠ The eczema spread from around the nipple to almost half of the breast, and the pigmentation progressed to about 7 cm in diameter ㅜ Anyway, it was really severe.

Even so, after taking good care of it and eating well, it gradually got better, and now the area around the nipple that had pigmentation is fine to the point where it’s not noticeable. If you currently have these symptoms, please send me a message or comment. I’ll share how I managed it.

Anyway,,,, the director here is a doctor who truly provides treatment. If you are going to have breast surgery, if you truly need “treatment” from a real doctor, please at least go for a consultation.

I’m also considering surgery on other facial areas, but finding a “hospital” I can trust to this degree is so.. so hard. That’s why I came all the way here. I want to reach level 3 and truly succeed with surgery. ㅜ
