I had revision surgery because of show-through and asymmetry, not because of inflammation or anything like that. It has improved somewhat, but it feels like it's showing through again, and the silicone outline is starting to show again... I thought about it for 2 years before doing it, and mentally this is really so hard... I'm debating between lowering the silicone or removing it, and I want to die... After surgery, not being able to smoke for a month or exercise is mentally so hard, and now I have to do this again... My friends don't even know I had rhinoplasty, so I don't tell anyone, but struggling alone feels like it's killing me...
