Square Jaw Botox Review

I got it for the first time because I was concerned about my square jaw, and I got the expensive domestic one, I think. It’s been a little over 4 months since I got it! I knew this too, but they said I have quite a lot of jaw muscle, and they recommended getting it again around 4 months later. So I recently got a text once.

They explained that as the jaw muscles weaken, I might end up using the muscles around my temples instead (I think they said it as a caution? like something to keep in mind!), and they told me to let them know if my face shape starts looking like a peanut shape or anything, and they were kind:) My actual bone shape and muscle amount are slightly asymmetrical, so I told them to inject more on the side where the bone is bigger and there is more muscle, and right now it doesn’t really look asymmetrical, so I think they did it well.

After getting it, my jaw muscles felt stiff for a few days. I thought I could see a slight peanut shape for a bit, but now it actually looks less hollowed than before! I don’t think I had any particular side effects.

Currently my jaw muscles have come back to some extent haha, so when I tense my jaw again, I can clearly feel all my many muscles lolololol Still, I think it’s slimmer than before I got it! Well, how long the effect lasts depends on the person, but for reference, as time went on I got tired of trying to avoid using my jaw muscles... heh. I kept paying attention and tried to be careful, but it wasn’t easy

What I’m debating now is whether to go get Botox again (maybe around when it’s about the 6-month mark) or whether to keep researching contouring surgery online and in person and get surgery;) It’s true that I have a square jaw, but because I also had a lot of jaw muscle, it made me look even more square-jawed, so I tried Botox once with the thought that I should think a bit more before doing facial contouring surgery that touches the bone itself. I’m debating whether to try Botox one more time. If I get it, I do think it might work better than now. But then again, the bone itself is also a wide square jaw under the ears, so even if it works, I’m not sure it’ll be as much as I want -..- And it’s disappointing that it’s temporary, so honestly surgery would probably be the dramatic change, which is why I’m debating lolololol,,
