I’m thinking of getting revision rhinoplasty, but my current nose isn’t bad, you know? But it’s the kind of nose where the bridge is low and the nasal tip is upturned. At ㅇㅇㅂ they told me it looks like an old-fashioned nose lol lol lol. But I got turned down at 5 places, and the only places that said they could do it were ㅇㅇㅂ and ㄷㄷㅇ. ㅇㅇㅂ said to change my current semi-ski-slope nose to a straight ski-slope nose, and the price isn’t expensive either. At ㄷㄷㅇ, they said to use autologous costal cartilage and artificial dermis, but I don’t know where I should go. Has anyone used artificial dermis?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
