Hehehehehehehehehe everyone~ Hi~ It’s been a while!! The painful period has finally passed, and it’s now day 17 after abdominal liposuction, so I’m recording the changes ṑṑ The photos start from day 2, and honestly, up until exactly 10 days? I remember it hurt so much that even washing and putting my compression garment back on was hard.. The clinic said to eat healthy meals for up to a week and then combine it with a diet afterward for better results, but I was impatient, so I ate solid meals until day 3 and then dieted hard after that.. (I’m still eating chicken breast,,) On day 10, I had the stitches removed and got radiofrequency treatment, and it felt like the swelling went down more. The best part was being able to shower freely The swelling feels like it’s gradually moving downward?? Right now there’s no major pain, but it still hurts a little if I move too aggressively, so I’m walking diligently!! I took the day 17 photo after getting adhesion/scar-tissue care, and Endermologie? It was pain I never expected in this world.. But personally, I definitely felt it was effective after doing it; the tight lumps loosened up completely and the line looked clearer?! (It felt like I gained -1 kg, so I was happy) My goal is still big, and I want to start exercising soon and lose a lot more weight
