I'm currently on my 7th session of laser hair removal, and I can definitely feel that the frequency of shaving has decreased, and the bluish beard shadow/irritation has also faded a lot. This is a procedure I definitely recommend to men. I now understand why it's currently one of the most popular procedures at many dermatology clinics, and once I finish 10 sessions, I plan to add more.
