Liposuction> thighs, abdomen, back flanks, upper arms Fat grafting> breasts

Consultation>> I made consultation reservations at about 8 places and went around to 6 places, and in the end I did it with Dr. Nam Sang Jae at Glovi. It was my first surgery under sleep anesthesia, so I was really awkward during the consultations, and after each consultation there wasn't really anything I particularly liked, but I kept thinking maybe I should just do it here… Honestly, the more consultations I went to, the more confused and exhausted I got, and I felt like I should just hurry up and do it anywhere. There was even a clinic where I had already put down a reservation deposit at that point. I was thinking I would just go to the last places I had booked consultations for and do it anywhere among them, but as soon as I had the consultation at Glovi, I felt like I should do it here. At the previous hospitals, even after consultations, I only thought they were kind of.. not great or I wasn't sure..< that was all I could think ㅠ What I liked most during the consultation with Dr. Nam was that even when I asked about side effects, other places would just say, “No, those things don't happen,” and stop there, but he showed me things like medical materials and explained everything. I was so flustered that I grabbed him in the middle of leaving and asked a question, and he came back, sat facing me as a patient, and explained everything step by step. I really liked that. It really hit me that he wasn't seeing me as just passing patient no. 1. Anyway, the consultation part seems too long, so I'll shorten it.

Day of surgery>> On the day of surgery, I came in an hour early, took photos, talked about the compression garment design, saw Dr. Nam, finished the design, and went straight into the operating room. As I said above, it was my first surgery like this, so I was so scared lol. Before sleep anesthesia, I was whining like, “Ha ㅠㅠ this is going to hurt, right?” but they listened to all of it and said it would be okay. Maybe because I was so scared (lol..), they said the top of the foot would hurt, so they would put it in after I fell asleep ㅜㅜ Sweet.. Honestly, inside I was thinking the top of the foot would hurt so much ㅜㅜ and I was almost half crying... Anyway, I was scared, but when you see sleep anesthesia in dramas, they count to 10 and fall asleep, and I wanted to do that too, so from the moment they said the anesthetic was going in, I started counting seconds. I counted to 4 and thought, wow, this is super hazy.. and then I don't remember anything. When I opened my eyes, I was in the recovery room, and when I properly came to and looked at the clock, it was 11 p.m. I was originally scheduled to be discharged at 9, but I couldn't really come to, so I lay there about 1-2 hours longer ㅜㅜ The surgical areas were wrapped in bandages, and while waking up from anesthesia I kept saying I was cold and apparently asked my guardian when they had arrived 7 times lololol. Anyway, I felt too sorry to stay longer at the hospital, and I had a guardian, so I tried to leave with support, and the manager? (Honestly I didn't see who it was because I was so groggy) asked if I would be okay.. They must have waited a long time, but it felt like they were concerned, so I liked that.. But as soon as I got home, I didn't have much pain and became fine, so I crushed ramen from the first day... I had been fasting since the previous evening, so I was so hungry..ㅜㅜ And I wanted to go to the bathroom, so I went, but I was wearing a diaper ..lololol I was a bit embarrassed.. I didn't know I would end up like this after surgery... lol ㅠ But for the legs, the bandages were so thick that I couldn't really tell, but for my abdomen and upper arms, I was like, where did they go? ㅜㅜ I was so moved... On the day of surgery, a lot of fluid really comes out, so it is uncomfortable. It kind of feels like wearing the same sanitary pad all day.. While I was sleeping, I drew a map on the blanket with the fluid...lol... If there is anyone getting liposuction, prepare an extra blanket... definitely. And if you don't wear the compression garment right away on the day after surgery, prepare one diaperㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ I didn't want to know the reason either ㅠㅠㅠㅜ

The day after surgery (day 1, day 2)>> I went back in the very next day, got disinfected, heard the precautions, and wore the compression garment!! Dr. Nam came and asked if yesterday had been hard, but honestly I don't think I had much pain compared to others.. and it wasn't particularly hard, so I just smiled..ㅎ.. Still, I really liked that he checked on me as soon as he came in. Then he saw the bruising on my legs and said it looked more severe than expected, gave me something like a bruise injection, and said to come back again tomorrow just in case so he could check again. Then they put the compression garment on me, and this was really hard.. Since it tightly squeezed and pulled up areas that were bruised, it was irritating.. At that moment I did think, ah, this is why everyone says it hurts ㅠ. Still, I got used to putting on and taking off the compression garment faster than expected, so it wasn't that uncomfortable. But when pulling the top up from below, it got caught on my thighs and butt, and it hurt so so much.. While pulling it up, my hand scraped and got wounded too ㅠㅠ I went in again the next day, and Dr. Nam checked the bruising and said I should get one more injection, so I did.. Honestly, the day before my legs didn't have much sensation, so it didn't hurt, but this day it hurt so much..ㅜㅜ Still, after getting the injections, the bruising definitely improved a lot, so that was good!!

One week after surgery>> I think the swelling really hit its peak. I was shocked. My upper arms had originally looked cut down and my legs had gotten thinner too.. but then I wondered why I was gaining weight again, looked back on my past self... wondered what I had eaten... searched things like one-week swelling... I was so upset that I walked outside a bit, and by evening the swelling went down right away ㅜㅜ I was so startled. The swelling will gradually keep going down now, right? ㅜㅜ

I wrote way too much above, so to summarize: Consultation> Dr. Nam is sweet and good!! (like a fatherly person….) Day of surgery> I liked that I could really see my upper arms and abdomen (back flanks) had been slimmed down. Days 1 and 2 after surgery> I bruised more than expected, so they managed it separately. Good sense for aftercare. One week> Swelling hit its peak. I got startled and walked a bit, and by evening it went down a lot. Walking is the best.

And for my breasts, it was more like, since I'm doing it anyway?? So above I just kept talking about liposuction, but I put 300 cc in each breast, and since my left breast was bigger and they were uneven, he said he would take care with that!! And on the day I came out, my breasts came out insanely bigger.. I wasn't completely flat originally either (about a full A/empty B).. With the upper breasts filled in, my breasts became so pretty ㅠ On the actual day, when I saw my breasts, I naturally said, wow, I wish they would stay like this.. It would be hard because of swelling though..??ㅠㅠㅜ For now, at one week, aside from a little swelling going down, I'm totally satisfied!!!! Every day I'm seriously praying the swelling doesn't go down too much, the fat takes well, and it stays as much as possible lol큐ㅠㅠㅠ

I think that's about it for the one-week review. I was so bored waiting for the swelling to go down, so I kept going in and out of this community and ended up writing my first long review!! I sincerely hope it helps everyone else getting liposuction and fat grafting!!

Actually it's a little over a week, but the photos are from one week!!
