I’m now almost on day 11? sleeping sitting up (actually, it’s gradually getting more reclined) Ha.. I’m wondering how long I have to keep doing this The clinic said to sleep sitting up for about 2 weeks, so I’ll probably sleep sitting up again today, but sleeping like this does help with swelling, right?ㅠㅠㅠ The swelling really does need to go down quickly, but why isn’t it going downㅠㅠㅠㅠ It’s only been 11 days, though... still..
