I've had surgery once, and even during the surgery, the doctor did say that my nasal axis was crooked. So he said he would make it look as normal as possible, and it's okay, but when I look at ID photos or photos taken with an iPhone, my nose doesn't come down in a straight line and comes down slightly diagonally. One nostril is also slightly higher than the other. If there are ways to improve it before revision surgery, I want to try them, or if not, I want to get it aligned as straight as possible during surgery. The asymmetry bothers me, so if anyone has tried this, please let me know.
