Review of consultation at ㅇㅁㄹ

I had consultations for revision eye surgery and nose surgery with the head director at ㄷㅇㄹ. Since it was the weekend, I made a reservation a month in advance and went with an excited heart. I was told the wait would be long, so I prepared myself mentally, but maybe because I had the first time slot, I didn’t wait at all and had the consultation right away. For reference, they said consultations for areas other than the ones mentioned when making the reservation are not possible. First, I talked with the consultation manager, and she was very kind. When I asked questions, she explained everything slowly and thoroughly, and without overselling, she only recommended what I really needed! Actually, I wanted to do more, but she said it would be okay not to, so I felt reassured. After that, I consulted with the director, and I was surprised because he was more firm and blunt than I expected lol But he was really full of confidence, and instead of just saying things that sounded good, he only told me the facts, so he helped rein in my greed a bit. He drew and explained a line that was not excessive and looked natural, so in one way I felt disappointed because it wasn’t the dramatic change I wanted, but I trusted him. Since this was my first consultation, maybe I didn’t have the courage, so I couldn’t show the director the photos I had prepared, but even if I had shown them, I feel like he would have said they didn’t suit my face haha. Still, the director showed confidence in the surgical outcome, so overall it was a satisfying consultation for me.
