As the title says I like everything overall, but if I could go back to before surgery, I think I would choose an inframammary fold incision instead of a periareolar incision, and dual-plane placement instead of subfascial placement. I chose the periareolar incision because I thought the scar would be well hidden, but I think an inframammary fold incision is less noticeable. For me, the pain was not so bad that I felt like I was dying. I could do it again if I had to? If you don’t have much breast tissue, choose dual-plane rather than subfascial. I was told subfascial was possible, so I did subfascial, and it looks fine to the eye, but when I take bikini photos, the upper edge of the implant inevitably stands out. Overall, I’m satisfied. The director is very kind.
