I’m planning to remove the silicone because it’s showing through, but if I remove it, will the nasal bridge suddenly look sunken? I’m also considering autologous dermis because I want to increase the height and I’m worried it might look uneven afterward. I heard they stack the dermis higher considering it will be absorbed, but then would it look a bit unnatural at first..? The consultations I have left are ㅇㄹㅂ, ㄷㄹ, ㅅㅇ, ㄹㅂㄹ. If the director says I don’t need dermis, I’ll just have silicone removal + nasal tip correction without putting anything in!
