Eye Re-Surgery@eye-redo

I don’t think I have any extra skin, but excision

I had revision surgery for sausage eyes, but the line became too thin (it turned into an inline crease that looks almost like a hidden double eyelid), so I’m thinking of getting an AS. Right now my eyes barely close, and when I close them, they almost slightly open into a slit. But the director said the line looks thin because the skin above my double-eyelid line covers it, and recommended excising a little bit of the skin above the line. The skin above the double-eyelid line does slightly cover the line, but when I close my eyes, there’s no extra skin at all, seriously..;;

No matter how slightly I lift the eyelid, even just a tiny bit, lagophthalmos clearly happens. Is it okay to trust what the director says and do this?
