I had surgery a year ago, but now it has become really low. I had silicone for the nasal bridge and septal cartilage for the nasal tip, but the tip has drooped a lot. I had my first surgery outside Seoul and it went badly, so I’m thinking of going to Seoul. Please recommend hospitals in Seoul that are good at revision rhinoplasty. It’s so hard to find information .....ㅠ My nose is a bit bulbous and low, so first of all I want to see a proper improvement from the front. Right now, you can’t even see my nasal bridge, and my nose just looks like one big lump.. I’m so depressed. No one can even tell I had surgery.. Please recommend hospitals that make the front look slim and also shape the side profile well!!!!

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
