My philtrum was not long, but it was too flat. I did not feel it warranted reduction surgery and thought scars would concern me, so I had a natural philtrum dimple procedure instead~ I went to Dr. A at [Clinic A], who had the most reviews. The doctor and staff were all kind, which was nice!! Just from having shading, people around me say my philtrum looks shorter and ask what changed. I am very satisfied.
