People often told me that I looked a bit intimidating, and I think it was because of my eyes. I had no double eyelids and my eyes had a slightly slanted, sharp look. Because of the nature of my job as well as wanting to look kind when first meeting someone, I began deliberating over eye surgery.
I consulted at several clinics, and Dr. Kim Jeong-hyu at Becom Plastic Surgery designed the procedure to suit my face without making it feel cookie-cutter. He carefully checked the look I wanted as well, and set an appropriate crease without overdoing it or making it look like surgery, so I decided to proceed.
After surgery, I hear a lot that I look gentler than I used to lol. The result seems to have turned out exactly as I wanted, so I am satisfied. I was somewhat worried about pain, but perhaps because the ptosis correction was non-incisional, there was no pain and recovery was fast, so I could return to daily life quickly.
I also had lateral canthoplasty, and it seems to create much better synergy, so I am glad I followed the doctor's recommendation haha. Men may find it hard to decide where to get eye surgery, so I hope my review helps!
