I have asked so many questions that my mind has basically reset… A saddle nose and indentation are probably the most important things, right..? I do not know what to ask when I go. I am already exhausted… I have searched through this community all day, but by now I have read every post. At this point, I wonder whether complete removal is not something I choose, but something that chooses me. I cannot even bring it up unless they say it is possible. T_T Sigh.
