Before and after and after and after and after and today, it has been 3 months since I had contouring 3 procedures at Bview Plastic Surgery! The candy swelling in my cheeks is still visibly there, but the feeling that the bone under my chin is gone and my square jaw has disappeared is definitely sinking in.
I can really feel at 3 months that my cheekbones have been reduced too. Even when I meet friends, they say it is clearly obvious that my angular face is gone~ However, I think it will still take a little more time until the final swelling goes down.
At 2 months, I still could not open my mouth very well, but from the 3-month mark onward, my mouth has gradually opened more easily, and I am able to chew food just like before surgery.
Being able to open my mouth well and eating a lot of the things I could not chew before led to a slight weight gain, which was an unfortunate side effect, but I am also exercising, so I am paying attention to losing weight again.
And until 2 months, I felt a little discomfort when smiling or yawning, but at 3 months I can feel that those issues have improved a lot. I am also using a regular toothbrush now instead of a baby toothbrush, and personally, I think if I lose more weight, the effects will look several times more noticeable. Dieting and steady body management seem to be my last tasks. At 1 to 2 months there were no major discomforts, but if there were still small things I had to pay attention to, at 3 months I am living almost as comfortably as before surgery.
In the end, if I want the cheek swelling to go down faster, I think the rest depends on what each person does, so I plan to put in a bit more effort.
