I had surgery 10 years ago for a crooked nose with septal deviation osteotomy, 3 mm silicone, and septal cartilage, but the silicone has shifted, my nose has become completely crooked again, and even my nostrils are asymmetrical ㅠㅠ I went around to 10 plastic surgery clinics for consultations, and now I'm just about to start consulting ENT clinics. Is there really no good hospital for revision surgery for a crooked nose? It's so hard... ㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
