Just like the title says
While having septoplasty, a lot of septal cartilage was available, so they used it to raise my nasal tip too It’s been a little over two years, and looking at it now, the shape of my nasal tip is very different from the photos one year after surgery I guess I should say the nasal tip has become a bit blunt and shorter Even when I got the explanation before surgery, I was told that septal cartilage gradually gets absorbed by the body, so the shape could change Still, I think this has dropped too much. Since the nasal tip has dropped, my nostril wings suddenly look bigger too
If I get revision surgery, should I use an implant instead of my own cartilage? I’m curious whether it’s okay to have surgery again after already touching the nasal tip Right now I’m not in a situation where I can actually go in for a consultation, so I’m writing a post
When I first had surgery, I liked it so much that I thought I should stop doing anything to my nose, but now that more than two years have passed, I’m worried because of my nasal tip
