When the doctor looked at me, he said my eyes more urgently needed epicanthoplasty and revision double-eyelid surgery... But at that time I didn’t have time for that, and when I said there was a lot to open under my eyes and pulled my eye to show the sclera, he was surprised and said, “Ah, there really is quite a lot there...” haha
The surgery wasn’t very painful, and I didn’t swell much either. People say lateral canthoplasty closes back up quickly... but I feel like mine barely closed back up, and it feels like it’s holding up pretty well? The photos are from right after. Anyway, everyone with small, narrow eyes, definitely get canthoplasty and find the light
