For my first surgery, I used donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. Right now the height is just right, but my nose is crooked so I need revision surgery. But if I don’t use autologous costal cartilage for the revision, will it sag around 5 years later? I really don’t want to have another revision surgery I’m worried that if I only use more ear cartilage, it might sag later
