They reused the septal cartilage used in the first surgery. This time too, no implant This time my nose returned to its original length and the nasal tip got much smaller, but my nasal bridge is wavy The area between the right nasal tip and nasal bridge is sunken. People seeing me for the first time may not really notice, but it shows clearly in photos, and when the lighting hits badly it shows, so my friends say my nasal bridge is wavy The depression was there from when the splint was removed I'm just living with it now because it's a hassle
