Before/after. I had correction for a bulbous nose + osteotomy + short nose + columella correction, and I’m now at week 3. I like everything, but I wish the columella would come down a bit more Is it because my columella was tucked up even originally? Or is it because of swelling... As the swelling goes down, it’ll come down at least a little more, right? Please tell me
