I feel both the sense of relief that I finally did it and the anxiety of wondering whether it turned out well… For now, since the crease wasn't lowered that much, there are no overlapping folds or two scar lines! The scar was severe, so they said they would excise whatever could be excised during surgery, but I don't know the effect yet. I'm going to ask whether they excised it when I go to have the stitches removed. The bruising and swelling are no joke lol. And I had also had medial epicanthoplasty restoration before, but it was overcorrected, so while doing the double-line excision, they opened it up again too. I think it came out nicely pointed? It doesn't have the old feeling, though
