My last nose surgery was about five years ago, and if I do it again this time it’ll be my third. My current nose has the tip raised too much, so it looks like Pinocchio.. The feeling I want is something like Shin Se-kyung’s nose. The places I’ve looked into are Uvom, Jeongwon, Byjun, and 431. Where would be okay..?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
