Before<double eyelid surgery before>After<photo taken right after surgery>After<walk + ice pack on the day of surgery>After<current condition (a bit swollen because I cried while watching a movie)>I had natural adhesion double eyelid surgery, epicanthoplasty, and ptosis correction on the 26th, and had the stitches removed on day 8!! I didn't have that much swelling, but there is a slight bruise on my left eye...(please give me tips to make bruises go away quickly....) My swelling went down really fast, and a small tip for reducing swelling quickly is <walking around like crazy>.... I only did warm/cold compresses until day 2? for a total of 4 times, 20 minutes each, and I kept going out for walks and meeting friends for 10 straight days, and on day 2 it went down a lot. The clinic told me to avoid irritating foods and eat mild foods mainly, but.... I ate soft tofu stew on the day of surgery, and jjamppong and mala tang the next day, but because I walked around, the swelling actually went down a lot, so please walk around after double eyelid surgery!!!
