In my early 20s, I had my sagging eyelids cut out with the incisional method, and it turned out well to my satisfaction. Now that I am entering my late 40s, my eyes look deeply sunken, and the double eyelid has multiple folds. That looks like that because the photo was taken lying down. Do I need ptosis correction too? Should I have surgery as an upper blepharoplasty? With all these many concerns, I feel like I will age even more. I want to find a good answer here.
