I went for consultations at a few places for revision surgery for a contracted nose. For dermis as a material, other hospitals usually said they use buttock dermis, MegaDerm, AlloDerm, and so on. But the director at a place famous for nose revision surgery said they harvest the dermis from the back. It was my first time hearing about back dermis.. Has anyone had surgery using back dermis? Considering absorption rate, scars, and so on, would it be okay?ㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
