I had alar reduction and nasal cartilage tying through an internal incision! After taking off the taping, at first I looked so much like Voldemort that I cried for a few days, but around day 4 it got better. With the alar reduction, at first smiling felt so awkward and it felt like my philtrum had gotten longer, so I was sad. With the cartilage tying, my nose seemed upturned and crooked, so I was even sadder, but the unnaturalness from the alar reduction has improved a lot. The crookedness of my nose has also improved. But my nose is still upturned, so I’m worried Kind of like a dog nose? Will it come back down..?
