Eye Re-Surgery@eye-redo

Please be cautious about under-eye surgery.

<After surgery><After surgery><KakaoTalk contents / false guidance><KakaoTalk contents / false guidance><KakaoTalk contents / false guidance> If I had known in advance, I would not have had surgery at this hospital.

I hope there will never again be another victim like me.

---------- Under-eye fat repositioning + dark-circle nano fat grafting + anterior cheek grafting performed

I developed side effects after under-eye fat repositioning surgery at “xx Plastic Surgery Clinic located in Sinsa.”

Afterward, I never filed an objection about the surgical result with the hospital, and I continuously requested A/S, treatment, and follow-up with the director.

However, it was really hard to schedule a follow-up with the director.. ; the only answer was that it would improve with time.

I was able to see the director for follow-up only after 8-9 months. (Until then, communication was only by phone with the counseling manager or reception desk. When I called, they kept saying that if I sent photos by KakaoTalk, they would look at the photos and answer in detail about the current symptoms.)

After the follow-up, because I received answers I could not understand, I requested a follow-up together with my guardian.

They repeatedly and confidently gave false guidance, saying that seeing the follow-up with a guardian was a violation of the Medical Service Act.

When I answered after even confirming with a lawyer, only then did they say they were merely relaying the director’s words.

★Both the coordinator (guidance team) and the counseling manager gave those false-guidance answers. (Evidence from phone calls and KakaoTalk exists.)

(Please check my post for details.)

< Side-effect symptoms >

Scleral show / sensory nerve damage (no facial sensation) / dark circles worsened / before-and-after photos could not be checked.

The surgical result is one thing, but if I had known the postoperative care would be like this, I would not have proceeded with the surgery. They say follow-ups with the director are originally not available afterward.

As someone experiencing side effects,

※ If you are before surgery ▶ Please look at places such as Babitalk “real side-effect reviews” / a community “real side-effect reviews”

and I hope you will recognize the risks of surgery to some extent before deciding carefully. What has already been ruined can never be undone. The hospital also cannot take responsibility for it.

“Side-effect reviews” are often put under temporary measures, so in reality they are difficult for consumers to see, making it hard to make the right choice. Across all kinds of apps and communities, mostly only successful posts are uploaded. Many successful posts are also written by hospitals, and broker recommendations are extremely common. Anyone getting plastic surgery should always look into everything, think it over a hundred times, and be cautious.

(I think it will help if you look at the “real reviews” in the Babitalk side-effects tab and the side-effects tab of a community. They are real reviews. No ads, no brokers.)

*This post was written based on the `consumer rights` guaranteed by our Constitution and the Framework Act on Consumers, and I state that it has no purpose of defaming the above medical institution beyond information sharing and helping other patients.
