I was recommended Ultracol as a procedure (a procedure that makes the under-eye area look a little fuller), but I heard under-eye fat repositioning is the best for dark circles, so I’m debating If you do under-eye fat repositioning once, is it semi-permanent?! Does it last about twenty years,, and after twenty years, should you get a surgery like lower blepharoplasty? I’m curious
