Reusing the nasal septum after mesh removal, or removing all implants

I chose the wrong hospital for my first surgery, so they used silicone, mesh, nasal septal cartilage, and ear cartilage, but I’m looking into hospitals to remove the mesh because it makes me uneasy. I can’t breathe well, and every time I catch a cold it feels unbearable. If I’d known I’d still feel these sharp tingling sensations even after 3 years, I wouldn’t have had my nose done.. To get to the point, all 3 hospitals I consulted said that after removing the implants, the nasal tip would lift up, and all except one brought up costal cartilage. At first, my mindset was to remove everything and live safely, but I originally had a bulbous nose too, and since they say it could turn up.. Costal cartilage feels like too much of a burden, so I’m leaning toward reusing the septal cartilage. They say if I reuse it, the nasal tip will droop, but I feel like that much might be okay. Does anyone have information, or what do you think about this??
