This was revision double-eyelid surgery. I left the line as it was, and because I kept hearing that my eyelids were drooping and made me look sleepy, I decided to get ptosis correction. They said I had no fat above my eyes, so I looked hollow and even more tired, so I got fat grafting too. I had non-incisional ptosis correction. I’ll attach photos. This is day 3. They said swelling is usually the worst on day 3, but for me, on days 2 and 3, it only swelled about as much as the feeling after eating ramen and going straight to sleep. Ice packs were annoying too, so I only did them twice. Since I had fat grafting, they told me not to diet. We decided to check the engraftment rate and then decide on a second round of fat grafting after two months.
