I first visited because I wanted to correct the asymmetry at the inner corners of my eyes. I was recommended a brow lift because they said the drooping part would improve into the eye shape I wanted (no effect. The eye shape itself has already been pulled toward the outer corner and contracted). During the consultation, the surgical scope kept getting larger, and the director looked at my chart and said all the surgeries were possible (other clinics had said surgery was not possible because I have sunken eyes), so I desperately trusted the director’s results on the website and went ahead.
I had many surgeries as recommended, but overall it looks unnatural, the asymmetry on both sides also looks even more noticeable, and even my pupils are covered, so I am in a very difficult state. Other than that, I am uncomfortable with dry eyes, pressure, pulling, heaviness, and frequent eye discharge collecting deep inside the inner eyes. Since the surgery, the incision areas have also become red and itchy from an allergic reaction, so I am uncomfortable.
To begin with, many people visit plastic surgery clinics to gain more confidence cosmetically. I also wanted bigger, clearer eyes, but the clinic is responding as if I should be relieved that there were no side effects, rather than addressing the aesthetic aspect. After surgery, I lost confidence, developed social withdrawal, and even developed depression and panic disorder. They gave me expectations for the surgery and said they would make it that way, but when it comes to the results, they take an avoidant attitude..
