Hi everyone! For a poor soul whose swelling is awful and whose socks leave marks in less than 10 minutes, LAMS honestly felt like an extreme challenge.. I have an important schedule in December, and they said the golden period is 3 months, so I thought I’d just get a consultation, but then I felt like this was my chance and went for it- I considered going to Daegu since it’s close to home, but Handae is supposedly more famous haha I originally have muscular legs, so losing fat there was almost impossible,, I couldn’t even try to bring out a nice line, and I’ve lived my whole life in long dresses and wide pants
I did unlimited LAMS and had a total of 23 bottles extracted from the inner thighs and saddlebags! It was average, and because I made a fuss about dieting, the amount I ate was just about chicken breast and one Yangban brown rice meal haha,, so honestly, starving myself to lose weight doesn’t work anymore,,, Still, you can see I lost some, right?!
So far, from the basic unlimited LAMS package, I’ve had one extracorporeal shockwave session and one mesotherapy session, and I’m going back on the 7th for one more! Since it will be exactly one month, I’m curious how much my weight and body fat have gone down and how much my thighs have decreased too haha
So far, the circumference decreased by -1 cm in just 2 weeks! You might think, did that even decrease?,, but as someone whose thighs grew 1 cm from working out for 3 months, I was seriously so happyㅠㅠ I went to see my mom for the first time in a while during Chuseok, and she said it looked totally different from the beginning lol When the bruising and swelling were bad, she was really worried and asked if this was right for me, but now she’s amazed, saying my thighs have separated
If people who saw me after a month say that, isn’t this pretty reliable,, For reference, I gave one pair of jeans I used to wear to my younger sibling haha They’re too big now, so I can’t wear them.. Ask me if you’re curious about anything~ My current weight was originally 159/63, and now it’s 150/62,, I want to lose moreㅠㅠ
