I had nasal tip surgery without an implant on 2022.12.31. The surgery was done by building nasal tip support with septal cartilage and placing ear cartilage on top of it. I emphasized that I wanted it extremely, extremely natural even if it didn't look noticeable, but the director said he would take care of it, and I didn't hear any explanation at allㅠ At the time, that looked professional and I trusted him, but..... When the surgery was over, my nasal tip looked obviously operated on, like Pinocchio, and my philtrum was so swollen that I looked like a monkeyㅠ No matter what reviews I searched, there was no one whose philtrum was more swollen than mine......
Come to think of it, I remember that when the clinic did the surgery, they also didn't have a consultation like, "We'll raise it by this many millimeters, would it be okay if we raise it this much?"ㅠ My past self, who had the surgery trusting only the director... I really regret itㅠㅠ
For now, I've heard that the philtrum swelling goes down.... so I'm waiting, and if there is a dramatic change..... I'll come back with a review ㅠㅠ
