I received it at a dental clinic for medical purposes. My jaw muscles were overdeveloped, which was making my TMJ condition worse, so I got it for medical use! I had been hesitant because I heard that if you overdo it for cosmetic purposes, side effects like hollow cheeks can be severe, but the doctor placed it only where needed in the right amount, so I don’t think I had any side effects. (It was also injected in the temples and forehead.) The effect appeared after 2-3 weeks. I could really feel my jaw becoming much slimmer. After about six months, the muscle came back, but it hasn’t become as bad as before!
